• Giving Profile.  We analyze each giving unit of the church and present graphs that provide a snapshot of the overall stewardship of your church. 

• Financial Feasibility.  A clear translation of your financial reports into four Loan Guidelines: Present available Cash Flow.  Monthly Payment to Debt Ratio.  Maximum Debt to Total Income Ratio.  And Debt to Equity Ratio.  Utilizing these guidelines helps you to plan projects and map strategies for improving your loan capacity.

• Design Development. Unfortunately, this is where most churches start out and it has lead to many failed projects.  We believe that buildings should be designed that fit your needs as well as your budget and we have proven that we can deliver these buildings on time and on budget!
